INTRODUCING Ian Neville
I am an accomplished professional with a diverse and dynamic career spanning over 30 years in various sectors, including financial services, hospitality, education, event management, and personal development. My extensive experience and multifaceted skill set make me a valuable asset as a Non-Executive Director.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Financial Services
I have spent nearly three decades of my career in the financial sector, predominantly as an execution trader, where I developed a keen understanding of financial markets, risk management, and strategic investment. My expertise in navigating complex trading environments and delivering optimal results for clients has been a cornerstone of my professional journey.
Hospitality
In addition to my financial career, I successfully owned and managed a bar and restaurant in a French ski resort. This venture honed my entrepreneurial spirit, leadership abilities, and customer service excellence. My hands-on approach and business acumen ensured the establishment's growth and profitability.
Education
My passion for sharing knowledge led me to work as a tutor, where I provided personalised education and mentorship to students. My commitment to fostering academic growth and development has left a lasting impact on many young minds.
Outdoor Recreation
An avid skier, I took on the role of a BASI ski instructor, combining my love for the sport with my teaching skills. My ability to instruct and motivate individuals of all ages and skill levels speaks to my versatility and dedication to personal development.
Counselling
Currently, I am expanding my horizons by studying to become a CPCAB certified counsellor. This new direction underscores my commitment to supporting mental health and well-being, and my desire to make a positive difference in people’s lives.
My rich and varied background provides me with a unique perspective and a broad skill set that I bring to a role as a Non-Executive Director. My strategic thinking, leadership experience, and commitment to personal and professional growth are invaluable assets to any organisation.
